encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities and actively supports core University wide experiential learning programmes including; Maynooth University Student Experience (MUSE), Summer Programme of Undergraduate Research (SPUR), MU Micro-Internships and Alumni Career Mentoring Programme and the Skills for Success Module. The role involves working collaboratively with students, academic colleagues, employers and external partners to develop and promote high-quality experiential learning opportunities. The postholders will support students at all stages of their university journey by enabling skills development, career readiness, informed career decision-making and progression.
The position contributes directly to the implementation of Maynooth University's Strategic Plan 2023-2028 and its mission to “imagine and create better futures for all”, supporting the development of highly employable graduates who are equipped to become the next generation of creators, innovators and decision-makers.

Salary Scale:
Administrative Officer AOII (2026): €47,387 – €67,129 p.a. (9 points)
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
