In this position, you will drive service excellence, optimise business processes, and build strong partnerships across the University. You will play a key role in shaping how the Faculty delivers student support, leading continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with academic and administrative policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Student Engagement team, managing workloads, performance and coaching to ensure timely, accurate, student-centred service delivery.
• Oversee core functions including admissions, credit and recognition of prior learning, course advice, complex case management, study plans, progression and graduation, ensuring policy-aligned, consistent decision-making.
• Resolve escalated enrolment and progression matters, partnering with Program Directors and Associate Deans to ensure consistent policy interpretation and student-focused outcomes, and advising on articulation and accreditation matters.
• Manage academic progression processes, complex study plan approvals and graduation referrals, ensuring effective cohort oversight.
