Duties

1. Functional Knowledge

   * Knowledge of data analysis and biological subject matter. gaps will be filled by on-job training. 20%

2. Problem Solving

   * Will solve moderately complex analytic problems under the guidance of the PI and methods established in the lab. 30%

3. Decision Making/Autonomy

   * Will work within guidelines to carry out analyses according to the needs of the project. 10%

4. Technical Expertise

   * Ability in data analysis and statistics. 30%

5. Communication

   * Communicate regularly with PI and other lab members. 10%

• Bachelor’s degree in specific research field (e.g. computer science, statistics, data analysis, biology)
• 4 years experience preferred
• Understanding of statistics and machine learning is required. basic knowledge in biology is a plus, and so is expreiene in microbiome data analysis.
