Ensure the center operates within budget by monitoring membership numbers, implementing a strategic pricing model, managing expenditures, directing revenue collection, and serving as the accounting liaison to uphold system, state, and federal financial policies. Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to address inquiries from leadership, Minnesota State institutions, instructors, faculty, students and external parties regarding training offerings, technology, curriculum, and procedures. Maintain and oversee the accuracy and functionality of the center’s website, database, online ordering system, and accounting (e.g., Marketplace and Workday) to ensure a seamless and positive experience for institutions, instructors, faculty, and students. Serve as subject matter expert of Atlas, MRTC database and rSchoolToday systems. Troubleshoot and escalate technology concerns as they arise.
