This role combines teaching with strategic international engagement. As the School’s TNE Lead, you will act as the principal academic contact for our international partner institutions, supporting the development, management and enhancement of collaborative overseas provision. You will help ensure academic quality, an excellent student experience, and strong relationships across diverse educational and cultural contexts.
The post involves regular engagement with international partners and is expected to include overseas travel to support partnership development, academic oversight, staff collaboration and student engagement. We are therefore seeking an individual with a genuine interest in global higher education, intercultural communication and international academic collaboration. Experience of working with international students, overseas partners or within multicultural educational environments would be advantageous.
Alongside the TNE responsibilities, you will contribute to the delivery of engaging, research-informed teaching across our Computer Science programmes. This includes teaching, assessment, curriculum development and supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate projects. You will also contribute to the School’s academic community through scholarship, professional practice and collaborative activities.
You will have strong subject knowledge in Computer Science, experience of teaching or supporting learning in higher education, and excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
