The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of teaching on our Foundation Year (Level 3) modules in bioscience, primarily across chemistry, biology, foundation mathematics, communication, professional and study skills. The role will also include the supervision of student research projects within the biosciences.

Applicants should hold a good honours degree and a Master’s degree in Biological or Chemical Sciences, or a closely related bioscience discipline. Experience of teaching and/or supervising students in the further or higher education sector is essential, alongside a strong commitment to enhancing the student experience. A PhD (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant bioscience discipline is desirable but not essential.
