Responsibilities Include:
- Teach and evaluate graduate nursing students across classroom, simulation, online, and clinical learning environments.
Qualifications:
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification required.
- Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university required. Earned doctoral degree in nursing or related discipline preferred; candidates without a doctoral degree must be enrolled in a doctoral program.
- Eligible for or currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Demonstrated teaching experience in an accredited academic nursing program required, preferably in graduate nursing education.
- Knowledge of teaching and learning strategies, curriculum development, and student evaluation in nursing education.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty colleagues, students, and clinical partners.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
This is a 12-month salaried position with a generous benefit and retirement program. Academic appointment and salary will be commensurate with experience.
