Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Faculty Operations Officer to join Faculty Operations, Faculty of Business and Law.
The Faculty Operations Officer provides coordinated, high-quality operational and administrative support across the Faculty of Business and Law, contributing to the effective delivery of faculty-wide priorities and initiatives. Operating within a centralised administration pool, the role supports the Director of Operations and Associate Deans, and is deployed flexibly across Schools and Faculty teams as required. The position contributes to the effective coordination of operational activities, information flow and administrative processes to support consistent and responsive service delivery across the Faculty.

What you need to succeed
Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience providing operational and administrative support within a complex organisational environment, including coordination of processes, information and stakeholder activities.
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines effectively.
Highly developed written and interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to draft, edit and produce clear, accurate and audience appropriate communications and digital content.
Strong digital literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office SharePoint and similar platforms, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement, initiative and problem-solving, with an understanding of (or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of) higher education teaching and/or research administration processes.
Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
