Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to join Faculty Operations, Faculty of Business and Law.
The Partnerships Coordinator provides high-quality coordination, administrative and analytical support for the Faculty’s partnerships initiatives. Working closely with the Partnerships and Engagement Manager, the role supports the coordination and progression of partnership opportunities and externally engaged activities across student experience including WIL, research, executive education, professional programs and other partnership-based initiatives aligned with Faculty priorities.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience in partnership coordination, stakeholder engagement, program coordination or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex initiatives or projects, including the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and ensure timely progression of tasks and deliverables.
- Highly developed organisational and analytical skills, including the ability to maintain accurate records, track activity and prepare reports or summaries to support decision making.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships with academic staff, professional staff and external stakeholders, and prepare high-quality professional documentation (eg proposals, briefings and reports).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organisational requirements.
- High level digital literacy, including experience using enterprise systems and the Microsoft Office suite combined with initiative and problem-solving capability to identify process improvements and enhance organisational systems and practices.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
