Reporting directly to the Provost, the Dean is responsible for ensuring the continuation of the exceptional reputation of the O'Malley School of Business. The Dean is expected to provide a broad vision for the business disciplines and further develop relationships with high-profile alumni, donors, and industry. The successful applicant must represent the School's academic programs effectively to the public, media, alumni/ae, donors, regulators, AACSB, and the Manhattan University Board of Trustees and the O'Malley School of Business Advisory Board. The ideal candidate will also develop and foster relationships with finance and other industry firms in the city and region, be actively involved in professional organizations, and/or hold leadership roles in professional organizations.
