What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for assisting with the co-ordination and timetabling of all external courses run through the VCTC, particularly ensuring efficient and appropriate communication with clients. You are expected to be the direct contact for the external clients and supply accurate documentation, course budget, invoices, facilities, information relating to use of cadaveric material and booking procedures.

You should apply if

You have administration skills with experience of working in a busy office environment, customer care orientation and a commitment to service quality. You should be able to complete tasks to high levels of accuracy with attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Contract type: Open ended with fixed funding until 31/07/2027

Shift pattern: 35 hours per week
