Essential functions (job duties):
Teach university law-related courses to students enrolled in the Law School’s J.D., L.L.M. (Master of Laws), & M.S.L. (Master of Studies in Law) programs & undergraduate major or minor in law programs.
Courses include: LEX 6500 Property; LEX 4711 International Protection of Human Rights; LEX 6200 Contracts A; LEX 6201 Contracts B; LEX 7058 Bioethics & the Law; LEX 7424 Introduction to the Legal Systems of the United States; LEX 8875 Survey of United States Law; MSL 8957 Fair Business Practice; MSL 8901 Survey of the Common Law; LEX 5000 Law in Social Context; & LEX 5010 Law & Harm.
Advise students.
Conduct research in digital property legal theories, emphasizing resource allocations.
Produce legal scholarship & engage in Law School & university-related service.
Qualifications:
Position requires a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Legal Studies.
Position also requires: One article published or accepted for publication by a nationally ranked law review or journal.
