Representative Duties
The Agriculture Department at Bakersfield College offers a broad range of instructional programs that combine foundational theory with hands-on, applied learning across agriculture business, animal science, mechanized agriculture, crop and plant sciences, and emerging agricultural technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree(s) or higher and two years of professional experience, and/or other specifications as noted, or specifically named associate degree(s) and six years of professional experience. OR - The equivalent. A demonstrated sensitivity to students with diverse academic, socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds and students with disabilities.
