The Business Psychology Department seeks adjunct faculty that have a doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or a related field, from a regionally accredited college/university. Additionally, adjunct faculty must have recent (past four years) teaching experience with a record of teaching a minimum of four courses (same course multiple times is acceptable). Graduate teaching experience is highly preferred. Additionally, adjunct faculty must demonstrate exemplary professional experience with a minimum of three years of organizational work experience.

Instruction is either one evening a week or on Saturday, with additional instruction provided online via our LMS, Canvas. Students take two or three classes per term.
