The successful candidate should be familiar with a range of assessment measures and intervention strategies, as well as issues in the field, and be able to demonstrate how they will be able to support graduate students in integrating theory, evidence, and practice in the school system. Teaching responsibilities could include courses about assessment, interviewing, intervention, ethics, diagnostic systems and processes, and/or statistics. Knowledge of common challenges facing children and adolescents in schools is essential as is an understanding of the expectations of a graduate program in school psychology.
Workload for this position includes teaching, scholarly/professional activity, and collegial service, as assigned. The successful candidate will be expected to teach six courses across the fall 2026 and winter 2027 terms. Specific course assignments will be based on the expertise of the successful candidate and will be determined in consultation with faculty.
Salary will commensurate with experience in accordance with the Collective Agreement with the Faculty Association. This position is subject to final budgetary approval.
