These efforts have informed reports for New South Wales councils such as Cessnock City Council, Federation Council, and Snowy Valleys Council, assessing amalgamation impacts, technical efficiency, scale effects, and performance measurement. His expertise as a leading scholar in DEA has been recognized in scholarly contexts across Europe, South America, Australia, and beyond, contributing to high-standard empirical work in performance management for public and private sectors.
