Job Summary/Basic Function
The Management and Marketing department at times needs temporary, part-time instructors to fill in for faculty on sabbaticals and leaves. Courses have ranged from an introductory level general business course to upper-level courses such as MIS, Business Statistics, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Quantitative Methods, Management and Marketing.
The purpose of this posting is to generate a pool of qualified faculty. Applications submitted will be reviewed on an as needed basis based on enrollment. Anyone meeting the qualifications may be contacted for an interview and potentially hired when a need exists. In the event that you are interviewed but not hired, your application will remain in the departments pool of qualified faculty.
Teach face-to-face classes days or evenings as scheduled. In addition to teaching, there is an expectation for scholarship and service commensurate with the assignment.
Participate in assessment to support the Lombardo College of Business's Accreditation.

Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Management, Marketing or related discipline.
- Business experience including demonstrated professional development activities.
- Teaching experience at AACSB/ACBSP accredited school and/or significant industry experience in field.
- Evidence of ability to successfully teach diverse student populations.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills.
- Commitment to inclusive practices and working with diverse student populations.
- Successful interview.
- Successful teaching demonstration for class teaching assignments.
- Successful completion of three background checks.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD or ABD in Management, Marketing or related discipline.
- Prior college-level teaching experience.
