KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working closely with principal investigator, manages a large or multiple smaller research projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a science field or business management and three years of related management experience, OR equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public health, healthcare program coordination, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HIV and HCV screening, public health policies, and linkage-to-care processes.
- Experience in staff education and training is a strong asset.
- Strong writing and communication skills for developing newsletters and reports.
NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
