Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that substantially affects quality of life. Time-restricted eating (TRE) has shown promise as a safe, acceptable lifestyle intervention capable of improving metabolic and inflammatory health, but its role in psoriasis remains largely unexplored.
