Lecturing Fellow (Durham, NC)
The Department of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies at Duke University, in Durham, North Carolina, seeks applicants for a Lecturing Fellow who will teach and co-teach Korean in a five-year sequence program.
Position will provide a small group learning environment where students develop and expand their language repertoires and transcultural capacities through social interactions and engagement with a variety of context, text and modality.
Position will teach classes, design and create instructional materials, activities and projects, and develop and implement assessments.
Job Requirements: Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics, Korean Language and Literature, Asian Studies or a related field of study. Korean Language.
Position requires one year teaching experience at the university level.
