Clinical Instruction
Delivers clinical care to patients while serving as a clinical preceptor to undergraduate students. Demonstrates and assist students with unit tasks in practice and demonstrate clinical skills. Provides leadership to enhance patient experience and patient safety.

Provides feedback to faculty on students' performance during time in the clinical setting. Evaluates students' performance and sends recommendations on improvement.

Job Duties
15% - Collaboration: Utilizes nursing practice to assign care for patients and families. Reviews written requirements with students, providers, and patients' families.

Minimum Requirements
Education - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience - Need at least 2 years' experience in the specified clinical setting specialty applying for e.g., Med/Surg, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Critical Care, Community, Obstetrics, Leadership and Management.
Licenses & Certifications - Registered Nurse
