Required Qualifications
Masters degree as a PA
NCCPA Certified
Current license (or eligibility) to practice in Tennessee of a border state (KY, NC, or GA)
Three or more years of experience in PA education, including two or more years in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating an accredited PA program
Actively seeking a doctoral degree or willing to obtain one
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and experience with Physician Assistant program accreditation standards and process
Demonstrated excellence in teaching
Previous experience as an Assistant/Associate Program Director within a Physician Assistant Program
Supervisory or managerial experience
A minimum of three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant
Broad understanding of technological platforms commonly utilized in Physician Assistant education for curriculum mapping and clinical tracking
