The Associate Director will manage communications, crafting and sending correspondence. They will serve as a liaison for a wide range of internal and external stakeholder groups and cultivate relationships with faculty, administrators, and students. The Associate Director will also manage special projects in partnership with the Chief of Staff and Director, as well as support events sponsored by the Dean's Office, such as receptions, conferences, programs, and meetings with faculty, administrators, and corporate partners.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience with office operations, drafting and editing external communications, events, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven ability to communicate sensitive information and interact with high-profile stakeholders with professionalism and experience handling confidential information with discretion is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills are also required. Knowledge of standard office software.
Qualifications
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $80,000 to $100,000.
