About The College of Business and Management
The College of Business and Management (CBM) develops competent, principled business professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs who are critical thinkers. As it grows into a research-focused college, CBM will soon launch new graduate and undergraduate programs, and collaborates closely with Vingroup companies such as Vinpearl, Vinhomes, VinHMS, VinFast, VinTech, and Vincom Retail on applied research and innovation.

The Role
CBM is recruiting a faculty member in Business Analytics, with appointment level (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) determined by qualifications and experience. Both Teaching and Teaching & Research tracks are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact research with strong translational outcomes, publishing in top-tier journals and securing competitive external funding
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and engage actively in academic events
- Contribute to innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer, including commercialization
- Develop, plan, and deliver high-quality, accredited curricula at undergraduate and/or graduate level
- Supervise research students and projects, and mentor junior faculty
- Contribute to university service, including committee work, faculty recruitment, accreditation, and program development
- Support initiatives aligned with VinUni's Vision 2030
Candidate Profile
- Doctorate degree in a related field from a globally recognized university
- Strong subject-matter knowledge, with a broad background enabling contribution across teaching programs
- Experience applying active-learning methods (TBL, PBL, ABL) across courses
- Demonstrated record of teaching excellence (student evaluations, teaching awards, etc.)
- Proven record of high-impact research and top-tier publications
- Strong vision for forward-thinking research and innovation
- Adaptable and driven to address global and local challenges, particularly those relevant to Vietnam
