You will professionally greet and assist employees, students, and guests, and ensure accurate entry of information into the applicant database. Additional responsibilities include preparing and distributing correspondence, handling incoming mail, interfacing with publishers, and completing special projects as assigned while staying current through ongoing professional development. This role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills, along with the ability to multitask, provide excellent customer service, and handle confidential information.
