Position Summary: Coordinate the activities of the CAV Central study space and ensure a safe and friendly learning environment for students.
Required Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma
Position details include but are not limited to:
- Greet students and visitors in person or via phone in a welcoming manner.
- Answer student and visitor questions accurately and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with other departments for activities utilizing the CAV Central Space.
- Complete reports in a timely manner, including scheduled patron counts during shifts and inventories as necessary.
- Create informational handouts and other materials when needed.
- Assist students with logging onto the network computers and printing documents.
- Assist students in a calm manner and seek to diffuse and resolve problems positively or call for other campus assistance if necessary.
