Description
The Department of Pathology at the Yale School of Medicine is seeking an academic Surgical Pathologist at the Assistant/Associate Professor or full Professor level. Fellowship training or subspecialty expertise in GI is preferred. Participation in other subspecialty sign outs may be possible based on the candidate’s interest. The successful candidate will participate in the service responsibilities of diagnostic practice; contribute to medical student, resident, and fellow teaching; and develop an academic program reflective of their interests.
The Department serves Yale New Haven Hospital and Bridgeport Hospital, major teaching and referral centers in southern Connecticut, and a robust outreach program providing consultative services to regional practitioners and beyond.
