Partnering with Mojy Sanati, Student Learning Advisor at Curtin College, the presentation examined opportunities and challenges in the evolving assessment landscape due to generative AI. It drew on TEQSA's 'Assessment Reform in the Age of Artificial Intelligence' literature and outlined implementations in the 'Academic Research and Writing' unit to enable appropriate AI use, monitoring mechanisms, and student feedback processes designed to reduce academic integrity risks.
