Timothy Jowett is a Senior Research Fellow and Consultant Statistician in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Otago, within the Division of Sciences. He holds an MSc from the University of Otago and was appointed to his current position in 2022. Based in Science III, room 234, Jowett specializes in applied statistics and statistical computing. As a consultant statistician, he collaborates with researchers across various scientific disciplines, providing expertise in statistical analysis for diverse projects in ecology, marine science, food science, public health, sport science, and cognitive processing.
