Sajib Saha serves as Adjunct Associate Professor at Murdoch University and Senior Research Scientist in the Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision team at CSIRO's Health and Biosecurity Flagship. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University, Bangladesh (2007), dual Erasmus Mundus Master's degrees in Color in Informatics and Media Technology specializing in Imaging and Computer Vision from the University of Jean Monnet, France, and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway (2011), and a PhD in Biomedical Imaging from the University of New South Wales, Canberra, Australia (2015).
Saha's career history features early roles as Software Engineer at Dohatec New Medica, Bangladesh (2007-2009), and R&D Engineer at Technicolor R&I, France (2011), followed by R&D Internship at CSIRO, Melbourne (2013-2015). He completed an Office of Chief Executive Postdoctoral Fellowship at CSIRO's Australian e-Health Research Centre, Western Australia (2015-2018), a Visiting Research Fellowship at the University of California-Los Angeles (2018), and served as AI Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School.
