Dr. Lili Mi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management, Griffith Business School, at Griffith University. She holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and International Business from Massey University, New Zealand, with her doctoral research focusing on Chinese outward foreign direct investment and the determinants of Chinese multinational enterprises' performance. She also possesses a Master of Management degree. As the China in Asia Hub Lead at the Griffith Asia Institute, Dr. Mi contributes to research on Asia-Pacific business dynamics.
Dr. Mi's academic interests center on strategic management, international business, digital transformation, corporate social responsibility, innovation ecosystems, institutional contexts, and sustainability. Her key publications include "Corporate Social Responsibility and Technological Advancement of International Service Enterprises: Links and Gaps in the Literature" (2025, with Ryan W. Tang, Xi Wen Carys Chan, Hongmin Yan, and S.
