His collaborations with the British Association of Social Workers, Social Workers' Union, and international bodies have produced best practice guides, policy-informing reports, and evaluations like the UK Professional Capabilities Framework for social work. Ravalier participates in BNU's University Strategy Group and supervises PhD students, fostering research impact through public engagement and funding from sources including the ESRC and Department of Health and Social Care.
