Guy Frederick is a communications professional at the University of Otago, holding the position of Advisor, Communications Services in the Sciences Division Administration. He earned a Master of Science Communication (MSciComm) from the University of Otago, with his thesis titled 'The Influence of Place: A Case Study of Antarctic Scientists,' which investigates the effect of place on scientists at work in the field, specifically through a case study of Antarctic researchers.
