Dr. Celine de Gavelle de Roany is a Lecturer in International Law at Griffith Law School, Griffith University. She holds a PhD in International Law from the University of Nantes, Nantes, France, awarded on 3 December 2003. Dr. de Gavelle de Roany is also certified as an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) by Advance HE, York. Her academic background equips her to deliver high-quality education in specialized areas of international law. Her research into environmental responsibility and fisheries due diligence informs a curriculum that is both rigorous and relevant to contemporary legal challenges. As a mentor, she supports students in developing expertise in complex international legal frameworks.
