Brandy Niccolai-Belfi serves as Dean of Arts & Humanities at Tarrant County College's Southeast Campus. She earned a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from Texas Woman’s University in Spring 2007, where she was awarded the Excellence in Teaching recognition and held a graduate teaching assistantship. Earlier, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Slippery Rock University in May 2004, receiving the Lucy Isacco Sack Scholarship from the Dance Department faculty.
Niccolai-Belfi began her tenure at Tarrant County College as an adjunct professor of dance at age 24. She advanced to full-time Associate Professor of Dance in Spring 2014, while assuming the role of Program Director of Dance and Director of the Fusion Dance Company at the Southeast Campus. In Fall 2018, she served as Interim Department Chair of Fine Arts, becoming the permanent Chair in 2019. She has also taught as an adjunct professor at Collin College for three years. Her teaching portfolio includes Ballet, Dance Appreciation, Dance Composition, Dance Performance, Dance Practicum, Hip Hop, Jazz Dance, and Modern Dance. As a board member for the South-Central region of the American College Dance Association, affiliated with Tarrant County College Southeast Campus, she contributes to regional dance adjudication and development. Her choreography has been selected for the ACDA regional conference Gala, supporting TCC Southeast's consistent participation and recognition over six years. Professionally, she danced with Muscle Memory Dance Theatre for five years, instructed Pilates for eight years, and performs as a solo dance artist commissioning works from local choreographers. Through her multifaceted roles in teaching, administration, performance, and leadership, Niccolai-Belfi has significantly advanced dance education and artistic programs at Tarrant County College and beyond.
