Passionate about translating evidence-based practices into organisational settings, Dr. Jolly partners with entities in the healthcare and social assistance industries—including aged care, disability care, and foster care—to develop and assess participatory work redesign interventions that promote better mental health outcomes.
In her professional trajectory, Dr. Jolly holds current appointments as Lecturer in UWA's School of Psychological Science and Adjunct Research Fellow at the Future of Work Institute since 2024, following her role as Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Sydney from 2022 to 2024.
