Amy E. Cooper serves as the Director of Dental Programs for Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting at Tarrant County College's Northeast Campus within the Health Science pathway. Holding credentials as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and possessing a Master of Science (MS), she oversees the Associate of Applied Science degree program in Dental Hygiene, accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation with approval without reporting requirements and next review scheduled for 2032. The program, under her direction, spans 68 semester credit hours and equips students with skills to prevent and treat oral diseases, including taking and developing dental x-rays, cleaning and polishing teeth, applying sealants, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. In addition to her directorial role, Amy E.
