Your opportunity: Reporting to the Manager, Academic Program Reviews & Quality Assurance, the Programs and Curriculum Specialist engages in a broad range of activities requiring specialized knowledge of undergraduate and graduate curriculum and academic review processes. ...
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
- Advising staff on program curriculum change policies and procedures
- Executing assigned tasks according to production schedules and project plans
- Analyzing administrative processes and procedures and recommending changes for improvement
- Keeping well-informed on University programs, policies and procedures
- Coordinating meeting schedules, agendas, materials, action and follow-up items
- Coordinating the production and distribution of communication materials
- Conceptualizing, organizing and executing event activities
Essential Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum five (5) years of recent and related experience in a post-secondary institution...
