Purpose:

The Accounting Department in the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University invites applications for two full-time tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor, beginning in Fall 2027.

Ph.D. or ABD in accounting or closely related field by September 1 of the appointment year.

Teaching

Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the faculty member’s area of expertise, as assigned by the department chair.

Research/Scholarly Work

Maintain an active program of scholarly research publishable in leading academic journals.

Service

Provide effective service to the Department, School, University, profession, and/or community through committee work, leadership, professional engagement, and other contributions consistent with rank and experience.
