NYU’s Washington, DC Academic Center is seeking a local, part-time lecturer to teach an undergraduate course, “The American Presidency.” The course will be under the sponsorship of the Department of Politics in the College of Arts and Science.
The course is expected for Fall 2023 (late August to early December). The class meeting pattern for this 3 credit course will be discussed with qualified applicants during the interview process. In addition to the time required for course preparation, classroom instruction, and assessment, the instructor is required to hold a minimum of one set 60-minute office hour per instruction day, during which the instructor will be available to meet with students.
