Dr. V. R. Balaji serves as an Associate Professor in the School of Electronics Engineering (SENSE) at Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai Campus, a position he has held since joining the institution in June 2020. He completed his Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai, in September 2015. His academic and research expertise centers on 2D photonics, biosensors, microwave photonics, and 2D photonic crystal device modeling.
