Dr. Uttam Kumar Mandal serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Production Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Agartala. He obtained his B.Tech degree in 1996 from the National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology (NIFFT). He further pursued advanced studies at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, earning his M.Tech in 2005 and Ph.D. in 2011.
