Dr. Tushar J. Palekar, Ph.D., is the Principal and Professor at Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, where he has served since 2004. He also holds the position of Dean, Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences. Palekar's academic background includes a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) earned in 1995 from Dr. M.V.
