In her position within the Education sector at Tarrant County College, Williams organizes job fairs for students and the community, including events highlighting high-demand fields such as aviation, transportation, and logistics, as well as military job opportunities. She conducts workshops on essential skills, including resume fundamentals, proper interview etiquette and attire, breathing techniques to alleviate interview stress, test preparation in sessions like 'Three Things You Need to Know Before Your Next Test,' and test anxiety management titled 'Fight, Flight, or Just Answer the Questions.' Williams teaches the four steps to career choice: taking assessments, considering options, researching careers, and evaluating necessary education and training. She promotes tools like MyPlan.com for career exploration and has served as a speaker for Disability Awareness Month events. Additionally, she supervises practicum students, contributes to pilot projects such as one benefiting the Azle community in 2010, and addresses employment challenges amid campus changes and economic shifts.
