Lehmann has held senior roles such as leading clinical governance and change leadership streams during a major governance reform project across rural South Australia in 2018-2019, restructuring centralized services into six independent Regional Local Health Networks with governing boards. She also managed Organisational Development services, providing executive coaching, leadership programs, and strategic planning facilitation. In early 2021, she founded Aurora Meliora Pty Ltd, a consulting firm specializing in leadership development, strategic change, and regional development. She is an active member of the South Australian Health Performance Council (appointed 2021, term to 2029) and former Chair of the National Rural Health Alliance and Services for Australian Rural and Remote Allied Health, with over 10 years as a board director and chair influencing national rural healthcare policy and funding reforms.
