Stephanie Wilson is an Associate Professor in Educational Development at the University of Sydney Business School, where she serves as Deputy Director of Business Co-Design. She is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (SFHEA) and an assessor and mentor for the fellowship program. Wilson collaborates with academics, students, and other stakeholders to co-design innovative learning experiences tailored for business education. Her research focuses on collaborative learning, educational development, peer learning practices, and co-design processes to drive strategic pedagogical change in higher education, particularly within business disciplines. She has contributed to projects such as the Collaborative Learning at Scale (CLaS) initiative and the Business Co-Design team efforts to enhance learning spaces and pedagogies.
