About Shrikrishna

Dr. Shrikrishna S. Mahajan served as Senior Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce and Management at Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. He also held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management. His academic qualifications include an M.Com., M.Phil. (1994, 'A' Grade from Shivaji University), Ph.D. (2007, Shivaji University), and UGC-NET (1993). Mahajan commenced his professional career as Lecturer in Accountancy at D.R.K. College of Commerce, Kolhapur, from 1995 to 2005, progressing to Lecturer (Selection Grade). From 2005 onwards, he was Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management at Shivaji University, contributing extensively to teaching and research in commerce and management disciplines.

Mahajan's research specializations encompassed accounting, financial management, entrepreneurship development, particularly in rural agribusiness, financial inclusion, banking services, and regional economic development.
