Shiao-Lan Chou serves as a Lecturer in Finance in the School of Accounting and Finance, part of the College of Business and Law at Adelaide University. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology and is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Melbourne. Previously, she was a Lecturer in Finance in the School of Commerce at the UniSA Business School, where she coordinated large core business school courses for many years and taught both onshore and offshore. Shiao-Lan completed a term as Academic Integrity Officer in the school and successfully secured funding under the Digital Learning Strategy for two separate applications. She regularly attends learning and teaching events to stay updated with current developments and practices. At Adelaide University, she teaches courses such as Business Finance (BAFI 1001 / BANK 2007) and Financial Markets and Institutions (BAFI 1009).
