Sasha K. Shillcutt, MD, MS, FASE, serves as the Dr. Gail Walling Yanney Professor of Anesthesiology and Vice Chair of Strategy in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She practices as a cardiothoracic anesthesiologist at Nebraska Medicine. Her academic background includes an MD from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine in 2003, followed by an internal medicine internship in 2004, an anesthesiology residency completed in 2007, and a fellowship in advanced perioperative transesophageal echocardiography at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine in 2008.
