Professor Sarika Rade serves as an Assistant Professor at ISB&M College of Commerce, located at S.No 44/1, 44/1/2, Nande Village, ahead of Pashan, Pune. She is a Member of the SCST Committee, contributing to support mechanisms for scheduled caste and scheduled tribe students. Additionally, she serves as a Member of the Cultural Cell, aiding in the planning and execution of cultural events; the Internal Complaint Committee, addressing grievances and ensuring a safe campus environment; and the National Service Scheme (NSS), facilitating community service initiatives. In the realm of research, Professor Rade co-authored the publication 'Advancing Stock Price Forecasting: Exploring Methods, Models, & Literature' alongside Priyanka C. Tikekar and Sandhya Dahake. Published in the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Global Research in 2024, the paper examines various stock price forecasting techniques, including traditional time series analysis and advanced machine learning methods, highlighting their strengths, limitations, and applications in volatile financial markets.
